15. Our services in the areas of coaching, training, and consulting do not constitute medical, psychotherapeutic, or other healthcare treatment and do not replace such treatment.
16. Decisions made based on our services are the sole responsibility of the clients.
17. Clients with existing or past mental health conditions or ongoing therapy are required to disclose this prior to commencement and clarify participation with their treating physician or therapist.
18. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is excluded. This does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, nor in cases of gross negligence or intent.
Access Restrictions
19. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Website at any time, particularly in the event of violations of these GTC.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
A) Private Clients (Consumers)
20. Invoices must be paid in full prior to the provision of services.
21. Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time:
48–24 hours prior: 50% of the price
Less than 24 hours: 100% of the price
22. In the event of late payment, default interest of 12% p.a. and reminder fees of €20 will be charged. Collection costs shall be borne by the client.
23. Right of withdrawal: Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving reasons (§ 11 FAGG), provided the service has not yet commenced.
24. Services already rendered are non-refundable. Unused services may be credited or paused within packages if agreed.
25. Instalment payments require a written agreement (e.g. via email). In the event of default, services may be suspended until full payment is received.
26. Bonus services expire with the last booked session.
27. If an appointment cannot take place on our part, up to five alternative appointments within three months will be offered. If declined, we reserve the right to charge the full price.
28. Travel costs will not be reimbursed unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Room costs are covered by us unless otherwise agreed.
29. At public events, participants consent to photo and video recordings that may be used for marketing purposes. Private sessions are excluded.
B) Business Clients (Entrepreneurs)
30. Invoices are issued after the provision of services and are payable immediately without deduction.
31. In the event of late payment, default interest of 12% p.a. and reminder fees of €25 will be charged. Collection costs shall be borne by the client.
32. Cancellations and rescheduling:
Up to 30 days prior: free of charge
30–15 days prior: 50% cancellation fee / €300 rescheduling fee
Less than 14 days: 100% / €500 rescheduling fee
33. If an appointment cannot take place on our part, up to five alternative appointments within three months will be offered or a substitute will be provided.
34. Additional costs (e.g. travel, venue) are only covered if explicitly agreed.
