PROFILE

As a Cambridge-certified coach, a professional trainer specialised in leadership development and intercultural competence, as well as a systems-psychodynamic consultant, I support leaders, teams and organisations in navigating development and change.

My initial inspiration arose from my own experience as an employee, which sparked a deeper interest in the psychological aspects of organisations and leadership. This ultimately led me to establish my independent practice in 2016. Since then, I have been training, coaching and consulting within global organisations, working both in German and English.

Professionally, my work is based on a master’s degree in business studies with a focus on consulting, a master’s degree in systems-psychodynamic organisational consultancy and an academic certificate in coaching. A solid trainer qualification, supplemented by further training in behavioural coaching and positive leadership, completes my professional profile.

My areas of practice are closely interconnected, enabling a holistic approach to both individual and organisational questions. Organisations are social systems in which, alongside structures and strategies, unconscious dynamics, role perceptions and relational patterns exert considerable influence.

The combination of business insight and psychodynamic understanding with an empathetic and professional approach, consistently provides significant value to my clients. My work focuses on reflection and the careful examination of underlying connections and causes – an approach that typically enables more sustainable and effective solutions in leadership and organisational contexts.

I primarily collaborate with globally oriented training, coaching and consulting partners, which allows me to engage with international corporations across diverse industries, including Fortune 500 companies. Academic collaborations, such as with the Cambridge Judge Business School and the University of Vienna, further reinforce the academic foundation of my practice.
