DEVELOPMENT OF LEADERSHIP COMPETENCE
Leadership emerges from the interplay of role, personality, responsibility and organizational context. Developing leadership competence therefore means not only learning methods, but also understanding and consciously shaping one’s own role and behavioral patterns within the system.
I design and facilitate leadership development programs in the form of learning journeys – online, in person or in hybrid formats. These programs combine strategic models, reflection, practical application and peer exchange, enabling the sustainable development of leadership competence within an organizational environment. A particular focus is on positive leadership.
INTERCULTURAL COMPETENCE AND COLLABORATION
International teams bring different expectations regarding communication, leadership and collaboration. Consciously understanding and contextualizing these differences is a key prerequisite for successful collaboration in a global context.
I support expatriates, their partners and international teams in reflecting on cultural perspectives, understanding differences in roles and expectations and shaping collaboration constructively. The trainings are predominantly conducted online and are aimed both at individuals in the context of international assignments and at organizations seeking to deliberately develop their intercultural collaboration.
