ORGANISATIONS AS SOCIAL SYSTEMS
Organisations are social systems in which, alongside formal structures and strategic considerations, unconscious dynamics, role understandings and relationship patterns are at work. These often influence decisions, collaboration and change processes more strongly than is apparent at first glance. Not infrequently, they determine the success or failure of strategic plans and initiatives
TAVISTOCK-ORIENTED CONSULTING APPROACH
My work is guided by the systems-psychodynamic organisational consulting approach of the Tavistock Institute. This combines psychoanalytic perspectives with systems theory and organisational research, enabling a deeper understanding of group and organisational dynamics.
What matters most to me, however, is not to foreground a single method, but to offer a holistic approach that integrates different areas of knowledge. The aim of the consulting is to better understand organisational processes, clarify roles and responsibilities and shape leadership and collaboration more consciously.
POSSIBLE FORMATS
- Consulting for leadership teams
- Addressing underlying conflicts in teams and organisations
- Supporting change processes
- Workshops on the development and transformation of organisational culture
- Reflective spaces for employees, leaders and organisations
Systems-psychodynamic organisational consulting can be booked in person in Vienna and is suitable for organisations that seek to understand their dynamics in depth and improve them sustainably.
