As a Cambridge-certified coach, professional trainer in leadership development and intercultural competence, as well as a systems-psychodynamic consultant, I support leaders, teams, and organisations through development and change processes.
APPROACH AND MINDSET
My approach combines systemic thinking, psychodynamic perspectives, and practical, action-oriented methods. I help leaders and organisations consciously shape roles, relationships, and dynamics in daily work, while fostering reflective capacity.
My mindset is guided by a deep interest in both individual and collective processes, alongside the conviction that sustainable development can only be achieved through reflective and respectful collaboration.
FOCUS AREAS AND APPLICATIONS
- Executive Coaching: Reflective spaces for leaders, professionals in new roles and employees who wish to strengthen their professional effectiveness.

Leadership Development Training: Learning journeys, programmes and workshops for internal leadership development. In addition, training for expatriates, their partners and international teams to consciously shape roles, expectations and collaboration in global contexts – delivered online, in person or in hybrid formats.

Systems-Psychodynamic Organisational Consulting: Analysis and support of teams, leaders and organisations during change processes, aimed at understanding dynamics and shaping collaboration with awareness.
My work is conducted on a project basis, long-term or as a complement to existing programmes – either online or on site.
